Usage:
Adults ~1 tbsp. with heaping/day
Teenagers ~1 tbsp. without heaping/day
Children ~half the tbsp. without heaping/day
Consume mixed with food, juice, cocktails or clean water. When consuming with clean water or juice, be sure to drink an additional glass of water.
Note: Do not breath in! Avoid contact with the lungs and eyes.
For pregnant and lactating women, depending on the cleanliness/contamination of the body, it is advisable to consume in a very small quantities or do not consume at all.
